1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and yes82 ("Platform"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by yes82, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all provisions in these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Management

Each player is permitted to hold only one active account at yes82. Registering multiple accounts is a serious violation that may result in all related accounts being frozen and any balances within them being forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, correct, and current information including:

• An active mobile phone number registered in Malaysia.
• A valid and reachable email address.
• Your exact date of birth for age verification.

Players are responsible for updating their personal information if any changes occur. Inaccurate account information may delay the withdrawal or identity verification process.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your account. Any reported misuse of your account must be reported to yes82 customer support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

yes82 accepts a range of secure and convenient payment methods for Malaysian players:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet — deposits and withdrawals via the TNG app.
• DuitNow — instant transfers via mobile number or identity card number.
• Online banking (FPX) — including all major banks in Malaysia.
• Cryptocurrency — USDT, BTC, and ETH are accepted for deposits and withdrawals.

The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Approved withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions must use the same account or name as your yes82 account details. yes82 is not responsible for any losses resulting from incorrect transfer information provided by the player.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

yes82 offers various promotions to registered players. Each bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Welcome Bonus: New players are eligible to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement is 20 times the value of the bonus received.

Calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering required: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,200 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,088 → Wagering required: RM888 × 20 = RM17,760

Players suspected of abusing promotions, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses or placing arbitrage bets, will forfeit all related bonuses and winnings. yes82 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without prior notice.

6. Game and Betting Rules

All games offered at yes82 — including slots, live casino, sports betting, sic bo, and 4D lottery — have their own rules that must be followed. Players are encouraged to read the rules of each game before starting.

yes82 uses a certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure fairness in slot games and table games. Game results are final and cannot be disputed without substantial technical evidence.

For sports betting, yes82 reserves the right to reject or void bets in the following situations:

• Bets placed based on unauthorised inside information.

7. Prohibited Activities and Platform Misuse

• Internet service disruptions or line interruptions from telecommunications providers.

• Losses arising from the use of account information by unauthorised parties due to the player's own negligence.
• Inability to access the platform due to scheduled or unplanned maintenance.

yes82 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. Any claims for losses must be submitted to customer support within 30 days from the date of the incident.

10. Account Termination and Suspension

yes82 reserves the right to suspend or terminate a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
